At Preserve Bouquet, each preserved bouquet is handcrafted with care and customized to preserve your sentimental memories. Because of the personal and perishable nature of our services, we have specific guidelines for returns and refunds.
Custom & Made-to-Order Policy
All of our preservation products are custom-made and created specifically based on the flowers and design chosen by each customer. Therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges once work has begun on your order.
Cancellation Policy
Preserve Bouquet offers custom bouquet preservation services. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse any order at our sole discretion.
Non-Refundable Items
Due to the nature of our services, the following items are non-refundable:
Custom flower preservation orders
Any personalized resin or frame designs
Gift cards
Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a preserved bouquet or item that is damaged or defective upon delivery, please notify us within 3 days of receiving your order. Send clear photographs of the issue along with your order number to [email protected].
After reviewing your case, we may:

Offer a partial refund, or

Provide a replacement item (if possible)
Note: We are not responsible for any damage that occurs during the shipping of your original bouquet to our facility. Please ensure that your bouquet is properly packaged and shipped with care.

Shipping Costs
Shipping fees for sending your bouquet to us are the responsibility of the customer.
If a replacement or refund is approved, we may cover the return shipping of the finished product at our discretion.
