Services
Preserve Bouquet offers custom bouquet preservation services. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse any order at our sole discretion.
All preserved pieces are created by hand and are one-of-a-kind. Because flowers are natural materials, they may change in color, size, or shape during the drying process and may naturally fade over time. While we will strive to match your requested design as closely as possible, adjustments may be made at the artist’s discretion due to natural movement, breakage, or other preservation factors.
Small imperfections, variations, or textures are part of the character of a handmade piece and are not considered defects.
To keep your piece looking its best, avoid direct sunlight, heat sources, and contact with chemicals such as perfumes, polishes, cleaning sprays, soaps, hairspray, or nail polish remover. If cleaning is needed, gently wipe with a damp cloth and buff to a shine
Orders & Payment
Orders must be placed via our online form or by contacting us directly.
Prices listed are in USD and are subject to change without notice.
Full payment or a deposit may be required at the time of order placement.
We accept major credit/debit cards and other approved payment methods.
Shipping & Delivery
Customers are responsible for properly packaging and sending their bouquets to our location.
Preserve Bouquet is not responsible for any damage or loss during shipping.
Final preserved items will be shipped after completion, and tracking will be provided.
Delivery times may vary based on order volume, customization, and shipping location.
- Not responsible for damage to the finished product once shipped via third-party carriers.
- Customers must report any concerns within 2 days of receiving their piece.
Cancellations & Refunds
Due to the custom nature of our services, cancellations may only be accepted within 24 hours of order confirmation.
Refunds are not available once work has begun on your bouquet.
