Shipping Your Bouquet to Us

Customer Responsibility

It is your responsibility to package and ship your fresh bouquet to our studio. To ensure the best preservation results:

  • Ship your flowers within 24–48 hours of the event.

  • Use a reliable overnight or 1–2 day shipping service (e.g., FedEx, UPS, Canada Post).

  • Keep flowers cool and unexposed to sunlight before shipping.

  • Do not freeze the flowers.

  • Place stems in a damp paper towel or hydration wrap and secure them to prevent movement.

Processing Time

Once your bouquet arrives at our studio, we begin the preservation and design process. This typically takes:

  • 8–12 weeks for resin keepsakes

  • 10–16 weeks for framed displays or custom orders

Processing times may vary during high-demand seasons or based on order complexity. We will update you via email throughout the process.

Shipped To Customer

  • If your preserved item arrives damaged, please notify us within 2 days of delivery. Include:

    • Photos of the damage

    • Your order number

    • A brief description of the issue

    We will review the case and work with you on possible solutions, which may include a partial refund or a replacement (if feasible).
